Ginkel & Gallagher is a law firm in Woodbury, Minnesota, with roots in St. Paul. Roger Ginkel began practice in the 1940’s in downtown St. Paul. Pat Gallagher joined the firm in 1974. Rob Lawton joined the firm in January 2006, and we moved to our present location in June, 2007. Today, Pat and Rob and our paralegal Colleen provide comprehensive estate planning and related legal services to families and businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

In addition, we represent clients in real estate matters, help clients with small business needs, help set up guardianships and conservatorships for individuals that require these arrangements, help with trust administration, and help clients understand how best to protect assets when nursing home care is required.
